You can expect to get involved with the following

• Creating intuitive user experiences and visually appealing interfaces
• Developing user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
• Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Establishing and maintaining design systems and component libraries

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI)
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
• Knowledge of design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
• Experience designing for diverse user groups and cultural contexts
• Understanding of African market user needs and accessibility challenges is highly valued
